I asked why my funds were still being kept on hold even though i had already waited over 60 Days, then his response was "it's not 60 Days, it's was 21 days".i was thinking to myself, what the **bleep** are you talking about that's not what i mean. I spoke to PayPal over the phone last night and the person on the other end wasn't helpful at all (probably the worst person i've ever talk to over the phone, i belive he was Indian from the way he was talking). I'm even a top rated eBay seller with 100% positive feedback. It's been 77 days already and they still continue to keep my funds on hold. Not sure where you get the 60 days from so I will put my standard reply below for paypals payment holds and see if it will help.
